Delete your Tengri Music account
You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data here or by emailing contact@tengriglobalgroup.com from your account email. You do not need to install the app to use this page.
The request goes to Tengri Music’s admin Reports section for verification and processing. Submitting it does not immediately delete your account. Follow the request in My account → Support tickets. Email is an alternative contact method; submitting this form does not send an email notification.
What to request
Account deletion covers your sign-in profile and associated songs, uploaded media, projects, playlists and support information. You can also contact us to request deletion of specific data without closing your account. The team will review what can be removed and tell you about any information that must be retained for a legal or security reason. There is no fixed completion time stated here; ask the team for the status of your request.
Files already downloaded or shared by other people, data held independently by payment providers, and material already sent to external AI providers may require separate handling. See the privacy policy. Clearing app storage or uninstalling the app alone does not delete your server account.
