Safe and lawful content

Do not create, upload or share illegal content; child sexual abuse or exploitation material; sexual content involving minors; non-consensual sexual content; pornography, sexually explicit material or content primarily intended for sexual gratification; encouragement of self-harm, suicide or dangerous conduct; threats, targeted harassment, hate or encouragement of violence; fraud, deceptive impersonation or material that violates another person’s privacy or rights. Do not use Tengri Music to facilitate harm or wrongdoing. Non-graphic educational, health, support and prevention discussions are allowed when they do not promote harm or sexual gratification.

Your permissions and responsibilities

Use only lyrics, audio, images, video and other media that you own or have permission to use. Obtain permission from the person whose voice or likeness you upload, clone or portray. Do not mislead people about a real person’s involvement or endorsement. You remain responsible for checking and lawfully using what you publish. AI output may be inaccurate or resemble existing work; generated output and a Tengri Music certificate are not a guarantee of copyright, exclusivity or legal clearance.

Reporting and blocking

Use Report content or Report creator on a song to send a private request to our admin Reports section. Include the relevant song and a reason. You may report your own AI-generated output. Our team reviews reports and can restrict public availability or suspend an account. We do not promise that every upload or output is reviewed before it appears.

Block creator hides that creator’s songs from your signed-in Explore, featured, player and playlist views, and prevents their playback in that account. Manage or undo blocks from My account → Blocked creators. Blocking is personal to your signed-in account; public content can still be viewed by other visitors.

Acceptance and account requests

To accept these rules, sign in to your music account, then return to this page and use the acceptance checkbox and button. Acceptance applies to the same account on both the website and Android app.

You must explicitly accept this version before creating or uploading new content. You can continue to view your account or request deletion without accepting a new version. Request account or data deletion. Read our privacy policy.
